1. General Admission Policy

• Admission is open to children who have completed the online registration process.
• Applicants must fulfil the age criteria prescribed by the school and the applicable education authority.
• An interactive session will be conducted for KG I applicants, while an entrance assessment will be conducted for KG II and other applicable Grade levels.
• Registration does not guarantee admission, which depends on assessment and seat availability.

3. Documents Required

Parents are requested to keep the following documents ready and submit them at the time of the admission process:

1. One copy of the completed online registration form.
2. Two recent passport-size photographs of the student.
3. A copy of the student's birth certificate.
4. School Leaving Certificate (SLC) for students seeking admission to Grade II and above, duly attested by the Indian Consulate and the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as applicable.
5. Report card from the previous school, bearing the school's official seal and signature.
6. Medical certificate containing vaccination details.
7. Copies of the valid passports and residence visas of both parents and the student.
8. Copies of the Emirates IDs of both parents and the student.

5. Withdrawal Policy

All withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing, either through a formal application or by email. Requests made through telephone calls or verbal communication will not be accepted.

Please note: Admission fees, once paid, are strictly non-refundable.

6. Start of Academic Year

The academic year 2027–2028 will commence in April 2027 for KG I to Grade X and Grade XII. Grade XI classes will commence after the declaration of the CBSE Class X results.
