ADMISSIONS OPEN 2024-2025

General Admission Policy

• Admission is open to all children those who have been registered.
• The child needs to fulfil age criteria as stipulated by the school
• Admission process is carried out and entrance tests will be conducted for different class levels.
• No entrance test for class junior K.G & Senior K.G Only family meet.

Age Criteria

Children seeking admission should complete

• 4 years as on 31st March 2024 – For KG I
• 5 years as on 31st March 2024 – For KG II
• 6 years as on 31st March 2024 – For Grade I

Documents for Admission

• Please note it is mandatory for the parents to carry the documents at the time of admission process. No excuse for having no documents will be entertained
• 1 copy of Online Registration form.
• 2 passport size photos
• Birth Certificate duly attested
• School Leaving certificate STD 2 onwards
• Report card from previous school
• Medical Certificate
• Parents and student’s passport copies with valid visa
• Copy of the Emirates ID of the parents and students.

Procedure for Admission

Registration form:

• Registration forms will be available ON-LINE on this website.
• After you complete the REGISTRATION and SUBMIT, you will receive the completed form link by e-mail on the email addresses you have filled in the application. Print two copies: one for submission to the school and other for your own reference.
• Admission fee is Dhs.500/- to be paid at school office, filled and duly signed by the parents.
• Bring all necessary documents for completing the form.

Admission withdrawal process

• The process is effective only with written communication. Either a written application or via e-mail, in case of emergency. Telephonic messages will not be considered as authentic.
• If the withdrawal of admission is applied after the due date of school fees, the parent is liable to pay the respective installment and late fee if applicable and only then the withdrawal application is taken for further process.
• If you apply for withdrawal after payment of school fees, there is no refund for the same.

The academic year 2024-2025 commences from April 2024 for KG1 to Grade X and Grade XII. The new academic year for Grade XI starts only after the declaration of CBSE public examination result.
